Game Rules

Objective: The player who plays all of their cards first wins.

Gameplay:

1. At the start of the game, You and the computer each draw four random cards. The cards are placed face up so that the years are not displayed.
2. Another random card is drawn and placed in the center of the table. The card is placed face down so that the year is displayed.
3. You and the computer will take turns playing cards until one of you plays all your cards first. You go first.
4. On your turn, you will play one of your cards by placing it in a position between the existing cards in the center of the table and flipping it over to display the year.
5. Cards with an earlier year should be placed to the left of an existing card, and cards with a later year should be placed to the right.
6. If placed correctly, you successfully reduce your hand by one card. If placed incorrectly, the card is discarded, and you must draw a new card from the deck.
7. Since you go first, if you play your last card and the computer only has one card left, and if the computer then places it correctly, you each draw another card.

Tip: there will be a surprise if you can beat the computer at the highest difficulty!
